Refund Policy

Ticketing & Service Orders

All ticket purchases, RSVP confirmations, guestlist entries, and service bookings made on Wagwan World are final and non-refundable.

No Cancellation Policy

Once a booking or ticket is confirmed and payment is made:

● You cannot cancel your order.
● You cannot transfer your booking to another event or person unless specified by the event organizer.

Please ensure all event details, timings, and terms are reviewed carefully before purchasing.

Refunds Will Only Be Issued If:

● The entire event is officially cancelled by the organizer.
● The event is permanently postponed without a revised date within 30 days.
● The ticket was charged due to a verified technical error on Wagwan's system.

In these cases:

● A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of confirmation.
● Wagwan will notify all affected users via registered email and/or phone.

No Refunds for:

● Change in personal plans or availability.
● Delays, artist changes, or venue changes within the same city.
● Guestlist issues not caused by the platform.
● Double bookings by the user (unless a duplicate payment is clearly verified).

Wagwan acts as a technology intermediary and is not liable for event quality, experience, or third-party delays unless otherwise specified.

Shipping of Physical Passes (if applicable)

If any physical merchandise, wristbands, or access passes are shipped:

● Delivery is handled by third-party logistics.
● Delays caused by courier partners or incorrect address entries are not grounds for refunds.
● Any undelivered items must be reported within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date.

Force Majeure Clause

Refunds will not be issued in the event of delays or disruptions caused by:

● Natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or acts of God.
● Sudden changes in local law or venue capacity.
● Strikes, transport delays, or safety-related shutdowns.
